Paff Evara (they/them) is the Head of Agency of Pilot Fish Media (PFM), a leading Scottish digital agency for purpose-led brands. Australian-born, Paff is a seasoned digital expert who cut their teeth in eCommerce and Sales before finding a passion for Paid Advertising. Day-to-day, Paff leads PFM with a focus on diversity, inclusion, transparency, and authenticity.

Paff is also the founder of Take Up Space, an NFT membership community that aims to create the next generation of diverse leaders. Paff's mission is to share their unique story to empower other queer POC to step into their power, which they do for over 100,000 collective followers across TikTok, Instagram & LinkedIn.
