Padmini sits at the intersection of organizational psychology, business strategy, and entrepreneurship, specializing in business development, organizational transformation and strategic expansion of MNCs.
She holds 4 degrees and marries her experience as a corporate strategist and entrepreneur with organizational behaviour, industrial psychology, corporate innovation, partnerships, M&A, post-merger integration and change management.
She has spoken at SXSW and regularly speaks at regional conferences, multinationals and universities regarding organizational transformation, strategy and org design.
In her free time she mentors start-ups in Singapore, works closely with Female Founders to promote female entrepreneurship and funding, is a Talent Trust charity advisor, a member of Singapore Women in Media, Marketing and Advertising (SWIMMA), Lean In | Women in Tech, INSEAD and Boston University alumni organizations and is on the board of Project Expedite Justice (PEJ), a non-profit that aides and educates human rights investigations globally.
