Omika is drawn to the intersection between technology, international development, and economic empowerment. She is currently an Analyst on the Global Payment Operations team at Facebook, where she supports initiatives to improve website monetization and user experience, while delivering analytics to better understand user engagement. Omika works to gain insights from the experiences of paying customers and drive changes to address needs across a variety of Facebook products.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service. A New York City native, Omika has previously been involved with youth education and women's empowerment programs in Washington D.C., India, and Poland. Outside of work, she is passionate about dance, fitness, and well-being. Omika practices yoga regularly, leads meditation sessions, and teaches Zumba and Bollywood Fitness classes.
