Nora Ignatius has been in recruiting since she joined Visionaire Partners in 2012. She worked as an Account Coordinator for six months before being promoted to a Technical Recruiter in January 2013. After about 5.5 years of agency recruiting, Nora joined SalesLoft in November of 2017. She primarily works on Product and Engineering positions and enjoys working on technical roles above all other positions. Nora feels the most important part of a company is its people and she is devoted to ensuring a positive candidate experience for everyone going through the interview process.
