Noël is a strategy, marketing, and creative industry veteran with expertise in building and scaling businesses in emerging sectors, and is currently the head of marketing at Joymode. She has over 15 years of experience, leading high-growth endeavors at established global companies to launching new ventures that actively address shifting market behaviors. Noël spent over 6 years at a traditional multi-media company, the Walt Disney Company, where she led strategy for international creative and technical projects, including the historic Shanghai Disneyland deal and seamless integrations of technology into themed storytelling experiences. Upon leaving Disney, she became a member of the original acquisition team of a start-up, StyleHaul, which helped shape the landscape of content marketing across emerging, high-engagement, digital channels.
With a background in new media, digital insights, and traditional business development, Noël drives strategic results for global companies, directly addressing the changing behaviors of content consumption and product discovery across audiences. Noël received her B.S. in Business and Marketing from Cornell University and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
