Born & raised in New York City, Nina is a music industry professional who has recently relocated to the Motor City & is looking forward to sharing her wisdom with the next generation of music entrepreneurs at DIME! Nina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Artist Management, Psychology & Entertainment Law from Baruch College in New York. She also holds a Master of Science in Media Management, & Intellectual Property from The New School. Skilled in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Music Management, Music Licensing, Performing Arts, & Publicity. Nina has a strong community & social services background working in the NYC Mayor's Office. Nina will be volunteering in the Bahamas in December 2019.
Nina began her music industry career at the Associated Musicians of Greater New York, AFM - American Federation of Musicians Local 802, the largest local union of professional musicians in the world. Nina also worked as a Production Administrator for Tommy Boy Entertainment in a diverse range of areas including events, logistics, tour management, & promotion.
Along with being a Recording Academy / GRAMMYs member, Nina also sits on the Board of Directors at Detroit Passport to the Arts.
