Nilofer Ahmed is the Director of Business Strategy at Motif FoodWorks, a Boston-based animal-free ingredient innovation company. Motif is working to uncover the attributes of great tasting food at the molecular level, and recreate those properties without using animal products. Prior to Motif, Nilofer worked at the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on retail grocery. She also co-founded a plant-based frozen food company, Fire Ox Foods, in 2015 that continues to operate in the Northeast today.
