Prior to Grab, Nikolay was a Head of Developer Experience at Uber. He also managed large-scale teams and the biggest distributed systems in the world at Amazon AWS & Microsoft. Nikolay has over 25 years experience in technology management and product development and holds MBA degree from the University of Minnesota.
