Nikita has studied various linages of yoga and, nurtured by her heritage, has formed a connection to the practice. She is passionate about integrating her studies to create a holistic and healing experience with a strong focus on intelligent sequencing, alignment and edgy playlists. Her background in Finance influences her teaching method whereby there is reasoning behind class structure, allowing the practice to become informative.
