Nikhil Shahane in his role as Vice President Talent & Engagement is responsible for the global Talent, Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity functions at TechnipFMC. As an internationally experienced HR professional he has driven the people development mandate across multiple regulatory and socio-cultural environments. He has been with TechnipFMC for over eight years in HR Leadership roles in Middle East, India and Asia Pacific before moving to Houston in middle of 2019.

He has worked both at a strategic and operational level in delivery of a wide range of HR services to the Business with specific emphasis on Talent & Performance Management, EVP, Employee Engagement, People Development, Compensation and Benefits by learning and implementing programs impacting the business. He has championed HR processes in start-up organizations and also been instrumental in cultural transition and organization restructuring efforts during M&As.

Nikhil takes keen interest in the subject of Inclusion and Diversity given his experience and profession but also owing to a research he did on multicultural diversity as part of his Master’s at Cranfield School of Management, UK. He is on the HR advisory panel for Human Resources Magazine, Singapore and has been on the HR committee for Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and other associations in the past.

Nikhil is actively involved in business and talent conferences both as a speaker and participant. He is passionate about all things people, believes in continuous learning and networking and has volunteered in several local content and community development initiatives throughout his professional career.
