I'm the CEO and co-founder of Ama La Vida, an innovative coaching company which helps people to achieve both deep fulfillment and phenomenal success in their careers. I'm a Project Entrepreneur 2018 alum and a graduate of 1871's WiSTEM Cohort 7 accelerator for female tech founders.

I firmly believe that life is too short to just let things happen to you. One of my greatest goals is to inspire our clients truly take the reins and become intentional about what they want from their lives and careers.

With a background in management consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, I bring a new level of rigor, process and results-orientation to the coaching industry. At Ama La Vida, working with a coach isn’t just about feeling great in your sessions – it’s about making lasting changes in your life after your session is over.

I’ve been featured in publications like Fortune, Bustle, Glassdoor and CNBC, as a thought-leader in things like crafting rewarding careers and creating a company culture which fosters innovation and honors individuality. As determined as I am to help our clients love their lives, I’m equally determined to help ALV staff and coaches do the same. Every single person who joins our team is helping us build a truly one-of-a-kind coaching company, and I work tirelessly to ensure that company is a wonderful place to work.
