Nicole immersed herself in tech more than ten years ago. After moving from the midwest to Austin, she worked for a software development company doing everything from running the daily operations of the office to talent recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of new employees. From there, Nicole spent another four years as a Career Coach at General Assembly, where she supported graduates of GA's immersive programs as they transitioned into the next phase of their professional lives. Currently, Nicole works for IBM as an Education Designer on a team dedicated to shaping an early-career designer’s first year experience and offering leadership education and hands-on experience to mid-career designers.
