That Food Cray !!! was founded by Hong Kong-based Chinese Canadians, Nicole Fung and Eugene Kan in March of 2012. Married in 2013, the couple shares their CRAY CRAY food and travel experiences unique from other websites by focusing on strong visuals and entertaining reads. Eugene and Nicole are always looking for ways to creatively tell stories through different mediums and certainly not afraid to try new things or to step out of our comfort zone.

After a post-graduation trip to Asia, Nicole decided to make the move permanently to Hong Kong. After graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, she spent four years in the finance industry. Despite the largely soul-sucking full time-job, Nicole’s creative interests led her to start posting about food on Instagram which became the catalyst to her globally-recognized That Food Cray !!! platform. Since then she’s garnered numerous appearances on television with both Aziz Ansari and Phil Rosenthal, as well as countless interviews as she cements herself as one of Asia’s premiere food personalities.
