Nicole is a design leader with over sixteen years experience in designing strategies and customer experiences for a variety of industries: financial services, non-profit and advocacy organizations, e-commerce, higher-ed, and telecommunications. She is an IA at heart - always striving to make order out of chaos.
She has led teams and partnered with clients in different digital agencies She has worked directly with brands such as Mary Kay, Time Warner Cable, AARP, Drexel University, and HRSA. In 2015, she “went inside” and joined the Branded Card Design team at Capital One. Through all this work, Nicole strives to partner with business teams to better understand human needs to create compelling, relevant CX.
When not thinking about design, Nicole tries to keep up with her toddler son, binges on detective stories and shows, and roots for Cleveland-bases sports teams.
