Nicole is currently the Programme Manager of Cylon Singapore which is a cybersecurity startup accelerator. She’s passionate about helping companies grow, scale and build partnerships. She has worked previously in various roles within global investment banks in Singapore, specializing in the SEA, Middle East and Africa markets. Her journey working with startups happened when she joined a local tech startup a few years ago and never looked back since. She’s passionate about entrepreneurship especially the empowerment of women in the workplace. She volunteers at She Loves Tech Singapore which aims to promote women in technology and also runs a global startup pitching competition yearly. While working at a social enterprise called CRIB previously, she headed up the mentorship program and worked with large corporates to develop curriculum for women entrepreneurs.
