Nicole Brenner is a UX Researcher at HubSpot. Nicole began her tech career as a member of HubSpot's Customer Support team where she developed a commanding capacity for user insight. She is an emphatic advocate for the voice of the customer, and has leveraged her passion for solving customer pain into a position on the User Experience team. Today, Nicole helps product teams understand their users and is a strategic influencer in the product development process. When she's not mapping out her next research study, Nicole can be found planning her next adrenaline rush scuba diving with sharks or snowboarding in fresh powder.
