I am a UX designer at Hugo & Cat, a London design agency. Previously, I graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London where I studied French and Italian. I worked in the insurance industry for 3 years in underwriting and sales and in 2018, I decided to make the change to a creative career where I could champion customer needs. I took the General Assembly User Experience Design Immersive course which gave me the skills to start my career in UX. I love the research side of the process as well as doodling ideas, working in a collaborative environment and eating pizza.
