Nick Kardonsky is a 2002 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and was commissioned as an infantry officer upon graduation. Nick spent 27-months deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom during the period of 2003-2007, and holds military qualifications as a US Army Ranger, Paratrooper, Combat Infantryman, and Navy-Diver.
Upon transition from the active duty military in early 2008, Nick changed career paths and began his civilian employment as an Operations Planner with Stryker Endoscopy (San Jose, CA). Nick has held various roles with Stryker, including Operations, Sales, Product Management, Marketing-Management, and Sales Management.
He is currently the Region Manager for NSW for his given product groups and manages a team of ten sales-executives/territory managers. Nick is extremely passionate about Veteran Advocacy and has previously mentored several candidates through the transition process, both with Stryker and non-Stryker related employment. Nick and his family are permenant residents of Australia, and reside in Sydney.
