He has worked every area of the talent supply chain, including Internal Recruiter in Ireland and the USA for Intel, Graduate Recruitment and University Partner in Ireland and Poland, and managed some of the biggest Technical Recruitment Agencies in Australia.
Niall has been a high profile Recruiter in the Sydney Tech Market for 8 years and is a recent Board Member of the Australian Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo).
A founding Partner of Employee First Niall is now assisting Australian Tech companies to scale, via Recruitment, Engagement and Consulting Services.
