Nellie Borrero is a highly respected leader, executive and Global Managing Director at Accenture recognized for her passion for inclusion and diversity. A thought leader with broad global experience, Nellie works to raise awareness and increase understanding of the importance of embracing diversity and cross cultural inclusiveness. Nellie joined Accenture in 1986 and created the first role for diversity efforts, she is embraced as a beloved and deeply committed advocate for change, for women, for ethnic minorities, for the LGBT and Persons’ with Disabilities communities -- for people overall. Nellie has shared her wisdom and beliefs on diversity with publications such as HUFF Post Latino Voices, Forbes, Chicago Tribune, Diversity Inc. and has been a featured guest on National Public Radio, NPR.
