Neil began his career in digital in 2005 with a small Brisbane start-up, making email campaigns, e-commerce websites and Flash micro sites. In 2008, he moved to a larger Sydney-based agency, heading up the creative department in Melbourne for clients including Coca Cola and Commonwealth Bank. Come 2011, London was calling, where he worked for a handful of boutique agencies working on projects for Adidas, Phillips, ASOS and Ford to name a few. Neil was working for Imagination London for much of his time, till in 2013, a request to fill the growing demands of the Hong Kong Imagination office.
