    Neil Best is a renowned sportsman, former international rugby player, and now a regional executive in the energy and marine industries. Neil graduated from Queens University of Belfast; he has an Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Polymer Engineering. He played professional club rugby and represented his country (Ireland), winning 18 International Caps. Neil made his Senior international début for Ireland as a replacement v New Zealand in November 2005. He was named man of the match in Ireland's 21–6 victory against Australia at Landsdown Road. Having initially followed a career in rugby, Neil pivoted to land a role at Aqualis Braemer, which offers marine, engineering and adjusting consultancy services to the renewables, maritime, oil and gas and power sectors. He also coaches the mighty Singapore Irish rugby team, which offers the fiercest kids rugby players on the planet.
