Neelam has a BFA in Graphic Design and is currently taking a UX Psychology course to further her understanding of UX. She is always curious and eager to learn, has a strong desire to connect with people and understand their stories. Her focus on UX comes from a love of understanding the user(s) and working to make their ideas come to life while improving functionality and creative design. With a professional background working as a paralegal for GE, Standard and Poor's and Skadden Arps, she is no stranger to working in large fast moving professional and customer focused environments. As a graduate of the UXDI course at GA, she understands the intensity of the program and works with students to refine their understanding of the material and transform the overwhelming into their new superpower.
