Natasha graduated from Boston University with her BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2012. She is currently the Lead Cell Engineer at Pellion Technologies; an MIT start-up company that is working on developing the next generation of battery technology. Along with being passionate about changing the world of energy storage, Natasha is equally excited about empowering young women in technology. Having lived in Kuwait, Singapore, India, and Boston, she has a deep understanding of diversity and an appreciation of other cultures. With this global perspective, Natasha wants to help drive the promotion of more women and greater diversity in the workplace. Away from work, she is a volunteer at Big Sisters Association of Boston where she mentors a middle school girl. She also enjoys spending her evenings in her kitchen pretending that she's on Chopped. Natasha joined Chicktech in March 2016 as Boston Program Lead and is excited to help drive the ChickTech movement!
