Natalie Marshall is the founder of KIP. Sleepwear, a premium pajama company founded on the mission of inspiring the modern woman to invest in rest. Natalie started her career in corporate world working for several retailers including Hudson’s Bay & Town Shoes Ltd in the realm of eCommerce. Leveraging her experience in the industry, she launched KIP. in 2017 with a grass roots approach. Focusing on creating the perfect pair of pajamas and telling a unique brand story, the brand quickly gained traction. Since then, KIP. has been featured in Elle, Town&Country, Hello! Magazine & more and has worked on collaborations with Holt Renfrew & Shangri-La Group of Hotels. Natalie also oversees marketing for several companies in the Automotive & Home Décor business with her husband & business partner.
