Natalie Magioncalda is the Manager, Talent Acquisition at SevenRooms, a reservation and guest engagement platform for restaurants, nightclubs, hotels and entertainment venues. Since joining the company, Natalie has shaped SevenRooms’ recruiting program, scaling the team both domestically and across the globe. She is passionate about helping candidates find their dream jobs and her work is rooted in putting people first. Prior to joining SevenRooms, Natalie worked in recruiting at Kustomer, a B2B SaaS startup in Manhattan, and in operational roles at several non-profit organizations. Outside recruiting, Natalie enjoys attending concerts, traveling to new cities, and searching for the best pizza in New York.
