Natalie has a keen understanding of how users think and behave through her extensive user research and usability testing with huge clients in ecommerce, telecom and finance. She has a real understanding of how users' experiences change based on their backgrounds and day-to-day lives, and strives to make them all happy. Natalie graduated from UVA with a degree in English so she also loves to talk all things content and content strategy.
