Natalie Buda Smith has over 20 years of experience developing strategies and customer experiences for companies around the world, working from DC, India, Czech Republic and Kazakhstan. She is now engaged in user experience at the Library of Congress serving millions daily in their pursuit of understanding the U.S. government through www.congress.gov or researching our rich cultural archives at www.loc.gov.

She has been a presenter throughout the years at ACM’s SIGGRAPH, the Usability Professionals Association, USID India, EuroIA and Adaptive Path’s User Experience Week. She also has over 8 years of teaching experience as a full-time assistant professor, and most recently as a graduate school instructor in Georgetown University’s Culture, Communication and Technology department.
