    Nancy Payne is chief operating officer of PeaceTech Lab, which uses media, technology and data innovations for peacebuilding. She has expertise integrating digital media strategies in behavior change campaigns, managing international programs and strategic communications. Previously, she led communications at OPIC, the U.S. government’s development finance institution. As a senior partner and senior vice president at FleishmanHillard International, Nancy was general manager in Hong Kong and co-led the firm’s largest digital communication team in DC. She managed technology client activities for Weber Shandwick agencies, and started her career in broadcast news as a reporter and photographer.
