Namrata started out her career over 9 years ago as a software engineer in India. She then moved to the UK to pursue her MBA, ending up in product management. She has managed developers, designers, analysts and creative people throughout her career and specializes in Agile product management. She's has worked in a variety of sectors like FMCG, Telecom, Healthcare, Media Production, Beauty etc. She believes in continuous learning and has recently completed an Executive Leadership Programme from Cambridge Judge Business School.
Namrata currently works with Viacom as a Senior Director of Product & Content Operations. In this role, she looks after Viacom’s digital real estate, i.e. website, apps & social media sites for UK, Northern and Eastern Europe. She is a Virgin Start-Up Mentor, strongly endorses female representation in corporate leadership and is a member of women-centric organizations like PWN, and Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In circles.
