    Najuma Atkinson is the Senior Vice President for Customer Advocacy, Insights & Analytics, Chief Customer Office (CCO) organization at Dell Technologies; the world’s leading provider of end-to-end scalable technology solutions. She is an experienced leader with more than 20 years of diverse experience and has held a variety of leadership roles in the fields of Business Operations-Call Center Management and Human Resources. In her current role as leader of Customer Advocacy, Insights & Analytics, Najuma and her team are responsible for the end-to-end customer data and analytics strategy.

    Najuma has a proven track record as a strategic partner and is considered a valued team member in the achievement of key business imperatives required to succeed in a highly dynamic and competitive industry.Throughout her career, Najuma has consistently created strategies to strengthen leadership diversity, drive innovation, and use her analytical leadership and passion for customers to enhance the customer experience.

    Najuma is an executive sponsor of the Black Networking Alliance, The Conference Board’s HR Operations Council and the Fisk University President’s Club. She currently sits on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club of the Austin Area in Austin, Texas.

    Najuma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.
