Morgan Thompson discovered her love for Product Management while working at a software company as a Learning Program Manager. While she loved teaching people how to use and talk about the product, she saw the next step in her career being able to influence what was built and making it happen. Morgan used the experience she learned in General Assembly to land a Product Management role and has used the knowledge gained to create and launch several products. Since 2019, Morgan has been helping General Assembly cohorts grow their product management skills. In working at Upserve and Podium, she's identified a passion and sweet spot around creating products that help local businesses engage better with their customers and save time.
