My background includes generalist and specialist roles as well as market, regional and global leadership roles across Technology, Banking, FMCG, Health care and Media sectors. I have a strong track record of partnering with Executive Leadership teams to drive People outcomes which are aligned to the business imperative. I am passionate about leading and building high-performing, commercially savvy , diverse teams and partnering with Business & HR leaders to help their teams become better versions of themselves. I have lived and/or worked in all key markets in Asia Pacific including China, India , Korea, Japan, Singapore South-East Asia and in Europe (Switzerland and Netherlands).

I help deliver successful change and cultural transformations for organizations and build HR practices to enable people to evolve and thrive. Company size has flexed from being employee #100 in a start-up to a pan regional leadership role for over 18 countries with more than 4000 employees. I have built HR functions from scratch but also transformed established functions to deliver the workplace of the future.
