Monique is a Sr. UX Designer at Expedia who spends most days improving customer support experiences. She creates both customer facing experiences as well as internal agent tools. In addition to UX design, Monique has developed and conducted a variety of UX research studies. Having started out as a visual designer, Monique broke into UX in 2014, her experience spans 12+ years both in agencies and in-house.
