She has been selling and negotiating technology for over a decade and prides herself in the ability to deal storm. She has also worked with Advancing Women executives helping to advise 1000s of women on how to negotiate their own salaries.

She has a passion for helping people identify what their next career move should be and how to achieve professional advancement. She is also heavily involved with IC Stars, a non-profit that trains inner-city youth for jobs in technology and a board member of YWCA. She attended Miami University where she earned a BA in Marketing.
