'Mornings Are For Marketing' is a new morning mastermind session created for the Marketing Community to get together, share their wisdom, and support one another.

Milan Griffin is the Vice President of Marketing and Outreach with HomeFree-USA, a nonprofit organization that helps renters get financially prepared for mortgage approval and mentally ready to navigate each stage of the homebuying process.
She fuses comedy, creativity and marketing expertise to make the oftentimes confusing and mundane world of homeownership fun and easy to understand.
As the Vice President of Marketing and Outreach at HomeFree-USA, Milan integrates and leads marketing and sales strategy. She:
▪ Develops and writes the company’s web copy, radio advertisements, promotional materials and sales presentations
▪ Creates content for and teaches an average of 21 sales classes a year
▪Coordinates interdepartmental initiatives and processes for a smoother workflow
▪ Leads and collaborates with a team of 23
▪Increased conversion of leads to membership by 31%
Milan earned her Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College and a Master of Arts from Tufts University. She holds Certificates in Executive Education from Stanford and Columbia University.
