With 15 years of tertiary study and clinical practice in the mental health and wellbeing industry, Mike is making waves across Melbourne as a performance coach and speaker. He teaches tried and tested methods of optimizing health, focus and productivity.

Having a career that has spanned two continents, Mike draws upon his depth of knowledge and experience to debunk many of the myths surrounding what works and what doesn’t.
