As the Vice President of UX at projekt202, Michael leads the national practice to ensure the quality of UX Design delivery and the development of a highly-skilled UX Design team. His goal is to help companies reliably achieve success through digital experiences designed for people. As projekt202 has continued to grow, Michael has been heavily involved in the development of practice management tools, methodology definition, and development of internal processes.
Over the span of his career he has led strategic design projects for clients including ADP Claims Services, Capital One, Charles Schwab, Kronos, and Samsung. Michael has delivered UX solutions across many industry verticals such as, eCommerce, enterprise business software, finance, healthcare, human capital management, and more. In addition to helping clients achieve success through good UX Design, Michael enjoys mentoring designers on how to be stronger at consulting and how to better understand how their role can impact business.
