Miguel works in Compensation at Google and focus on using data driven decision making, analytical tools and well-designed programs to enable the company to meet it's compensation program goals globally. Prior to Compensation, he worked across a variety of teams at Google, including Google.org in the Social Impact space and in People Operations. He has executed and measured the impact of employee giving and volunteering programs and implemented people programs across the business organization.
Miguel graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance and minors in Sustainability and Entrepreneurship. He's certified as a Data Analyst in Python, has extensive SQL experience and is currently working on a certification in Data Engineering in Python.
