Michiel is originally from Belgium and moved to Hong Kong in 2013. In the past 3 years he was the head of marketing at Blue Umbrella, one of the world's fastest growing employment screening firms. He recently switched roles to focus more on his passion - digital marketing - as head of digital marketing at IP Global.
He is also the founder of Club Soda, a boutique digital marketing agency that was born in late 2013. Club Soda initially focused on marketing for businesses which was expanded to personal branding 2 years ago. In partnership with Ignition Coaching LLC, Club Soda offers custom resume design, LinkedIn profile optimization and profile photography to help professionals differentiate themselves in a highly competitive job market.
Michiel’s passion for understanding the needs of his clients, along with his eye for simplicity and design, helps him develop unique integrated ideas for brands and businesses.
