She founded EmpowHer Purpose, an integrated business and wellness community for women experiencing whole life transitions, while seeking personal, spiritual and professional growth.
Michelle has worked for companies such as Mattel, Disney, Daily & Associates, Turner Broadcasting Systems, UCLA and USC’s business schools, and served on the board for 9 years of The World is Just a Book Away as the marketing chair. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California and is a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute. In addition, Michelle utilizes many assessments and tools with her clients, such as her certification in Myers Briggs and 360 personality profiling. She is a proud member of the International Coaching Federation and the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association. Additionally Michelle is certified in reiki, meditation, and yoga.
After becoming a certified coach over 15 years ago, Michelle founded Targeted Transitions, a coaching, and personal branding agency. Shortly after, she launched her first women’s group called EmpowHer Group- aimed at allowing women to step out of their comfort zone and into their confidence. Michelle acutely understands the challenges of work-life balance and what is involved with making a significant career and life transition and taps into these experiences
while championing her clients.
