With a background in science, 4 years of work at a prestigious finance firm on Wall Street and after 6 years of pharmaceutical sourcing, Michelle Ranavat fused her expertise with a love and appreciation for artisanal Indian tradition. Since launch in 2017, RAVAVAT is now sold in department stores such as Neiman Marcus and clean-retailer Credo Beauty and specialty boutiques worldwide. Michelle has been recognized by Vogue India as a "50 most influential Global Indians" and by Bustle as a "Must Follow" Asian American Pacific Islander.
