Michelle Matthews is an experience designer working at Team One. She is the lead user researcher and was instrumental in the creation of the People Lab, an on-site usability lab. Throughout her career, she has worked on several brands, ranging from pharmaceuticals to beauty to automotive. She strategizes and designs by pulling from not only her advertising and UX experience, but also through her training as a therapist and journalist, drawing from her innate sense of empathy and marrying that with thorough research and user data synthesis.
