Michelle Hon is the founder of MomBoss Academy, an author of The Chill Mom, host of The Chill MomBoss Show podcast, entrepreneur, speaker and mother of 3 young children who lives in Singapore.

After building several successful businesses in various niches (F&B, social media & maternity), Michelle refocused on what she loves most and founded the MomBoss Academy where she helps moms fulfil their dreams by creating a purposeful source of income for themselves. Because she wants the women of our generation to be the role models for their daughters. So that when it is their time to become moms, they no longer have to choose between their career and their babies. There is a third option. We will show them that it is possible.

Michelle started The Chill Mom blog 8 years ago and turned it into half a million dollar income. She credits her success to clear personal branding. She is able to attract brand deals (no pitching needed!) and has built multiple businesses.

Michelle's story has been featured on Channel News Asia, Lifetime Asia, Money Asia, Parenting World and more. In 2019, Zine named her one of the Top 10 Mom Influencers in the world.
