Michelle Fotheringham understands how workforce preferences and the talent ecosystem are changing. She has worked in corporate in-house roles, consulting agencies, as an independent consultant with a portfolio career, and now as the founder of Werkling.
Michelle founded Werkling, an On-demand Talent Community and Marketplace, in early 2020 after seeing more and more professionals looking to design their work and life in a different way, and an increasing number of organisations looking to create a more nimble, adaptable workforce. The pandemic, of course, only accelerated these trends!
She has a deep organisation design and people strategy background and is only slightly obsessed with the future of work. She loves connecting leaders with the amazingly experienced on-demand talent from the Werkling community and exploring what the professional gig economy can look like – both today and in the future.
