Michelle Cataldo is originally from the North Shore of Boston and graduated from UMass Amherst with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. After graduating, Michelle found the world of recruiting or fell into as most do, and began her career at a small, sales specific staffing firm, SaleStart. After a few years of working with some of the hottest start ups in Boston, it was time to make a switch to the corporate side where Michelle became the internal Sales recruiter at WordStream, a fast growing SaaS company in the Back Bay. At WordStream, Michelle is working to build a top performing sales team as well as leading the initiative to engage employees both at work and within the Boston community.
