Michele is a Lead Experience designer focused on achieving considerate design solutions that ensure complex ideas are communicated simply while capturing the hearts and minds of people along the way.
She enjoys rolling up her sleeves and getting into the nitty-gritty of a problem. Her ultimate goal is to be a thought-provoking design leader that can provide more than just ideas and inspiration.
When she is not working on the end-end product lifecycle, her passion is facilitating workshops of all kinds.
She has worked for various organisations (from energy, and financial services, to entertainment and retail) in cross-functional teams and using Agile working methods. With eighteen years of experience both in digital and visual design, underpinned by eight years of leadership experience.
