Michele Naber is a Portfolio Manager with a laser focus on building teams who deliver. With over 20 years of experience in running Engineering and Cyber Portfolios and Programs at Fortune 500 companies, she works to enable delivery, transparency and organizational maturity. She has professional certifications in Waterfall (PMP), Agile (CSM) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). In addition, Michele is an experienced and enthusiastic people manager. Her specialties include running large Portfolios, Programs, process improvements as well as providing executive-level transparency.
Additionally, Michele is passionate about making careers in technology more widely open and available. Michele actively mentors people across different organizations on how to be a more effective leader.
In her spare time Michele enjoys traveling (preferably to places requiring a passport), home improvements and walking for miles desperately trying to tire out her Boxer.
