Michael Kass is the founder of Story & Spirit, an organization dedicated to working with people, organizations, and communities to co-create a more just, equitable, and vibrant future for all beings.
Michael has spoken and facilitated workshops on storytelling, speaking, mindfulness and breathwork at The Walt Disney Company, Google, ServiceTitan, The House of Beautiful Business, Arts in Corrections, The California Arts Council, The Nonprofit Finance Fund, Social Enterprise Alliance and many others. Whether he's working with a roomful of CEOs in Istanbul or men incarcerated in California's Central Valley, his driving passion is helping folks reconnect with and harness the power of their stories to co-create change.
Michael holds a BA from Rice University, a MA from Northwestern University, and is an ICF Certified Executive Coach. He is the author of Story Maps: Wayfinding Tools for the Modern Seeker, serves as a mentor with the Creative Visions Foundation, is on the Board of Directors of the Breath Center, and probably likes brownies more than you do.
