Michael has been helping great brands create better customer and product experiences for over 17 years. Today, he serves as Director of Product Design for Envoy Global building a world-class global workforce management platform to help businesses respond to the changing demands of the new global enterprise.
Prior to Envoy, Michael led the User Experience and Design team at Vokal Interactive, a digital experience boutique; he’s also worked for Critical Mass and OgilvyOne. He’s had the pleasure to partner with brands such as USAA, Humana, United, Exelon, HP, and Whole Foods. He received his graduate degree in e-commerce technology from DePaul University.
